He's a psycho murderer, that looks identical to L (which there is a certain reason for).

I haven't gotten the chance to read it, but when it comes out in February, I'm going to. 8D

I only put in one B Because two B's didn't look right. BTW, BB stands for Beyond Birthday, the characters name. I don't really know what's up with that name, though. o.o
I've been wanting to draw BB. He's insane, but he's awesome.
